Kilishi (Beef Jerky)

Kilishi is based on an African recipe which has deep roots in Northern Nigeria, where I grew up. Now living in Ireland over 16 years and with a passion for my African food, I have developed my Kilishi using traditional African recipes blended with Irish cooking styles to bring you a beautiful taste of African food culture. This recipe is cooked with joy and care to ensure you get the tastiest and most flavoursome product around. Kilishi is produced from 100% grass-fed Irish beef, spiced with my grandmother's own recipe.

Suya

Suya (Beef) is a spicy meat which is popular among the Hausa people of Northern Nigeria. Suya can be made from Beef, Lamb or Chicken. The thinly sliced meat is marinated in spices which includes peanuts, salt, vegetable oil, garlic and onions. It can be served with extra dried chili peppers garnished with chopped onions. It is interesting because you can use the same ingredients for chicken Suya and Lamb Suya. These products can be eaten as ready to eat snacks over lunch or as an addition to your rice, pasta or salads.
